There is no way I am posting my email address on a public website. I do however want to take this opportunity to say how disappointed I am in Nanaimo's glbt scene. I recently read on another site a comment about how 70 below is not missed by the real gay crowd in Nanaimo, because they have monthly socials in privately rented rooms. Guess what? The public does not have access to this. People who are new to town, or not yet out of the closet have absolutely no idea where to go, and we do not feel safe asking around in a town so full of rednecks. So please stop pretending that your rainbow club or whatever it is is serving the glbt community, because a private club is all it is.
